David Pogorelc is unique

I first met David Pogorelc at a breakfast seminar in Boston last year. We sat at the same table and chatted a bit. What do you do...what do i do...that sort of thing. Talked about things he's done, things he's doning. So I'm thinking "intellgent, friendly, bright guy." I also noticed that he not only seemed to have a good business mind, he seemed genuine and modest. Two things you don't always come across. So we exchanged business cards. And a few weeks later we hooked up for lunch. Me being into computers, one of the first things he wanted to know was how can we use some of his real estate space and my computer knowledge, into a classroom for immigrants to the US. Teach them how to use computers, teach a little English, he says. So I'm thinking "ok, nice noble idea" and ask him what would we charge? Nothing he says. I ask "so how do we afford this?" He says "I'll donate the space, some computers and you teach them." And so it went. These are the sorts of ideas that make him a bit different. Sure David's a businessman. But he's also a person who cares. He delights in helping others less fortunate for him.
